Alan Davis is retired Army Aviation where his specialty was aviation maintenance, maintenance management, standards and evaluations, and instruction of personnel recovery and SERE. He is currently an adjunct professor for ERAU teaching AS 120, AS 220, and AS 121. Alan has more than 8,000 flight hours with more than 3,500 hour instruction given. He holds commercial pilot ratings with flight instructor with instruments, an A&P with IA, and is the owner of Career Flight Training, Aircraft Rental & Maintenance (CFTAR.ORG). Alan teaches the ERAU dual enrollment courses at Lely High School in Collier County. Lely has produced more than 35 pilots; moreover, Lely has sent 14 students to ERAU, with three starting in the 2019 school year. Alan holds a bachelors of science in Aero Science from ERAU and a Masters of Arts in C&I with math as an interdisciplinary.
